These Terms govern access to and use of the SlowFastBrand website and services (the "Service"), operated by Andrea Sacca Consulting SLU, Calle Antonio Maria Manrique 3, 35011 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, España, NIF ESB76271824. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SlowFastBrand is currently offered as a private beta. Access is limited, features may change, and the Service may be temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights.
4. Intellectual property
All rights in the Service, including software, text, graphics and trademarks, belong to Andrea Sacca Consulting SLU or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it as necessary to operate the Service.
5. Fees
The beta is offered free of charge. Paid plans, when introduced, will be governed by additional terms disclosed at the point of purchase.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Andrea Sacca Consulting SLU shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, in particular in case of breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
